****Program Policy****
Students will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session is full, students will be notified and placed on a wait list.
All students must register and submit payment before coming to class due to insurance purpose. And for better preparing of an accurate number of books & learning materials for the class.
You're welcome to enroll your child after a session has already started ONLY if there's still spots availiable. The tuition will be prorated.
Please let us know by texting us @ 650-224-8210 if you'll be late in picking up your child. That way we could let your child know that you're on your way.
An email written notice of cancellation is required at least 2 weeks prior to the session start date in order to receive a refund. There's a $25 cancellation processing fee. There will not be any refund issued after a session has already began.
